school

SOMS organizes a 3-day school just before the start of the university year 2009-2010. Our school aims to define the role of scientific research carried out by medical students, to present in an interactive manner the roadmap to scientific publications and to identify local development priorities of medical student research.
This school will be held in the “Carol Davila” University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Eroii Sanitari Blvd., no. 8, sector 5, Bucharest (map), in the Great Lecture Hall (ground floor).
For the SOMS Autumn School we have 142 registered participants, students from medicine universities in Romania, as well as students of other subjects related to medical science. The demography is showed in the charts below. Thank you to all the students for registering!
A sincere thank you to the “Carol Davila” University of Medicine and Pharmacy Bucharest and to the National Neuroscience Society of Romania for their support with this event!
We would also like to thank the Romanian Society of Electrodiagnostic Neurophysiology and to Asco SRL for providing the necessary equipment in order to carry out the experimental study during the workshop held on 29th September 2009.
